What To DO As A Youth Minister
- Topics include: recruiting and training volunteers/catechists, relational ministry, programming, volunteer/catechist recruiting and team building, survival skills for long term ministry
Who To BE As A Youth Minister
- Topics include: personal spiritual formation, how spiritual formation relates to youth ministry, intellectual formation, spiritual gifts inventory, essential character qualities for long term ministry, and the little known ‘secrets’ of effective youth ministers.
